Founded by a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT), our store is built on a non-negotiable foundation of health, safety, and full transparency. We are currently finalizing our SBA loan and store buildout to bring our vision of compassionate, high-standard puppy care to St. Johns County

We Mandate Full Disclosure: While we use a professional, licensed transport and logistics partner (Pinnacle Kennels) to safely deliver our puppies, Coastal Pups requires the USDA license number, name, and address of the actual breeder for every single puppy we sell. This information is available to you before adoption.

Zero Tolerance for Violations: We independently screen all breeder partners to ensure they maintain clean compliance records with the USDA Animal Welfare Act. We only accept puppies from facilities that meet our strict ethical and care standards.

Uncompromised Health Records: Every puppy arrives with a full Official Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI), as required by Florida Statute § 828.29. Our records include the specific vaccine lot numbers and are signed by the breeder's veterinarian on their letterhead—not just a generic certificate.

Arrival Protocols: Every puppy undergoes a strict 72-hour quarantine and comprehensive intake exam administered personally by our CVT founder or a contracted veterinarian.

The Cabana Experience: Our puppies are housed in custom-built, luxury Cabana Enclosures that prioritize comfort, low stress, and socialization over typical wire-cage confinement.

Lifelong Support: Our relationship doesn't end at the sale. Every puppy is protected by the Florida Pet Lemon Law (§ 828.29), and we provide a clear, easy-to-understand health guarantee that is explained in full detail.
