You'll receive a minimum of 5 daily updates, including photos, keeping you connected and informed while you're away. Rest assured, our caretaker will only be out of the house a maximum of 2 hours each day, prioritizing your pet's well-being.
When clients choose to work with On the Go Pet Pro, they agree to the following guidelines: They can cancel or reschedule appointments as long as it’s done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If not, a cancellation fee might apply. Clients must ensure that all information they provide about their care needs is correct and current. On the Go Pet Pro retains the right to decline service to any client at its discretion. By using our services, clients confirm their understanding and acceptance of these terms.
